Our take
The masked Strangers return to finish off survivor Maya in this R-rated horror sequel. The rating cites bloody violence and language; sustained blade stalking and mortuary hiding among corpses. Reviews mention arrow-to-eye gore and a wild-animal attack. Classic slasher intensity for horror fans 16+, not middle schoolers
Uplifting themes
Survival instinct only; no moral uplift

Story (may spoil tone)
After learning that one of their victims, Maya, is still alive, The Strangers return to finish the job. With nowhere to run and no one to trust, Maya soon finds herself in a brutal fight for survival against psychopaths more than willing to kill anyone who stands in their way.

Talk after watching
- Random violence is the franchise hook. How does your teen process fear versus realism?
- Hospital and home settings feel vulnerable. Discuss safety media versus real-world risk.
- Some critics found it repetitive. Talk about what makes horror effective for them.
