Our take
Back to the 90s follows five friends in a rising boy band who wake up in 1995. The mood is fun and nostalgic, with romance and pop songs. You will hear regular swearing, see beer at college parties, and see kissing. Flashing lights may bother some viewers. Best for teens 13 and up who like music comedies
Uplifting themes
It values loyalty, working together, and learning what matters besides fame The five friends show up for each other, say sorry, and keep a shared dream A fun look at 90s pop and life before smartphones
