Salem's Lot is an R-rated horror remake about a writer returning to a Maine town overrun by vampires. Expect bloody attacks, missing children, drunk-driving backstory, monster chases, and frequent f-word dialogue in dialogue. Classic King dread with jump scares and faith-vs-evil themes. Older teens who handle vampire horror; not for younger kids
