Our take
Brick is a TV-MA Netflix thriller about Tim and Olivia trapped when a mysterious wall seals their apartment building overnight. Expect constant s-word and f-word panic, bleeding injuries, beer-garden regrets, possession metaphors, and neighbors turning on each other under pressure. The dread is psychological and argumentative rather than splatter-heavy, but language and confinement stress are intense. Mature older teens and adults
Uplifting themes
Neighbors must unite and couples confront avoidance to survive Some residents try to help, but fear brings out sharp edges
